  • Commercial GTM leader focused on helping organisations turn sophisticated products into clear, compelling value.

  • Known for coaching commercial teams with empathy, to perform with clarity and confidence, elevating enterprise sales conversations with transparency, and strengthening go-to-market strategy.

  • A 'jack-of-all-trades, master-of-some' drawn to ambitious teams where thoughtful leadership and human intelligence drive meaningful growth through AI.

  • Sean’s career path has been considerably different. Where some would find a role in a particular area and become a master of that one area, Sean’s expansive capabilities were spotted early on. This subsequently led to being provided with opportunities to widen his visibility across many facets of a business’s operations.

  • Sean’s career started as an independent IT Consultant working for a large Enterprise Insurance company in London, England, travelling across the UK to support Traders’ technology upgrades and new office infrastructure projects, before going on to University.

  • Providing such a wide range of technological support, Sean was at MSX International as a Help Desk Coordinator for 4 months, before streamlining the department, training his replacement and being promoted to support the launching of new project initiatives across Europe for Ford Motor Company and other brands. He was then promoted again to manage Supplier Relations for the Vendor Management Service in the UK for Jaguar Land Rover.

  • Shortly after the two developer founders launched NHD (later known as Halo ITSM), he was headhunted to play the main pivotal role in building the Go-To-Market (GTM) and operational structure as it grew from a small startup into a multi-departmental organisation.

Establishing processes, systems, and all customer-facing capabilities that supported the company’s early expansion enabled the revenue to grow by 1100% in 4 years, whilst generating new revenue streams. His reach and impact was extensive.

  • Joining the UK branch of the German publicly traded EASY Software, Sean was hired to continue technical process and systems development.

A new CEO soon transitioned Sean to head up sales, presales, and business development, whilst also managing over 90 accounts in the UK and Ireland, including many household names and internationally recognised brands.

  • When Enable called, Series D funding had been secured and Sean joined a rapidly-scaling business with goals of IPO and fast expansion across EMEA, being promoted to Senior after only a couple of years for being a value leader.

Alongside a plethora of enterprise opportunities, he has been extensively involved in coaching and enabling the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. He has consistently exceeded expectations of the role with cross departmental internal projects whilst mentoring current and former colleagues.

  • In addition to his roles, he’s a proud advocate of mental health support, training to support Enable’s culture globally. On a personal level, Sean is a recent live kidney donor, and collaborated across four NHS Trusts to coordinate the operation.

In his spare time, he remains dedicated to his family and friends, focusing on maintaining strong relationships in all areas of his life. Interests include technology, space, visual and audio media and travelling.

  • Described as a 'jack-of-all-trades, master-of-some', Sean is drawn to ambitious teams where thoughtful leadership and human intelligence drive meaningful growth through AI.

Testimonials

“I really enjoyed managing Sean. He has that rare ability to jump into almost anything, learn fast, and help others get up to speed even faster.

He’s mission-driven, adaptable, and thrives in ambiguous environments where attitude and judgment matter most and is particularly strong at turning complex ideas into compelling commercial stories that connect with customers and stakeholders.

Just as importantly, he brings a positive energy that makes him a strong cultural addition to any team. A true asset to GTM functions that operate in complex/highly-nuanced environments.”

Khaled El Mayet, Founder.
